Equestrian birthday parties are a fun experience for your guests and something they will really remember!

 

 

 

The birthday party includes an hour-long riding lesson with fun mounted games making it suitable for all levels of experience. Helpers will be provided for the first time riders! The guest's lesson will include a ride around the beautiful lanes and tracks of Kilronan Farm. Finishing with a ‘Happy Birthday’ song from all the staff and party goers. All the children then receive a Rosette for taking part, this is a perfect time for pictures as all party goers will be mounted on their ponies! The afternoon is then fun-filled, with horsey themed activities. This includes a stable tour, where you and your guests will be introduced to the horses and ponies in Kilronan and be given an insight into pony care.

 

 

Here at Kilronan we also have a safe, custom built VIP party room overlooking our indoor arena, this means your party is not weather dependent. Party tables are set up and decorated for guests, who may provide their own catering, alternatively, we have an arrangement whereby pizzas are delivered (€33 for two large) to the party whenever you wish. Pony themed birthday invitations are also provided!!

 

 

We provide fully approved riding helmets for all riders. Ask your guests to wear a boot with a heel, or if they have wellies. We can provide boots if required.

 

 

Be sure to book your child’s big day in advance as birthday parties at Kilronan are very popular, and we would not want you to be disappointed!

 

 

Our birthday party slots are;

 

Saturday 12noon - 2:30pm

Saturday 3:30pm - 6pm

Sunday 1:30pm - 4pm

 

 

 

You can have up to 10 guests at a cost of €200, with a charge of  €25 for each additional child, the maximum number of children we can cater for is 12.

When Booking a Birthday Party with us, you are required to provide the following registration form to all parents/guardians of the children that will be attending on the day, allow them to fill them out and then bring said forms to the equestrian centre on the day. (One per child- filled out by their own parent/guardian) If you have not done so, we will need you to fill in a registration form on behalf of each parent/guardian for the children on the day. Otherwise, you can instruct the parent to drop off their children at the equestrian centre on the day of the party, at which time they can fill in the form themselves onsite.
